The space is architecturally stunning with industrial loft scale, ample light, and original details. A vibrant mix of food production and innovation, hospitality and cultural uses will re-energize this campus and contribute to the growing economic strength of the Berkshire community.
The principals of LATENT Productions, Karla Rothstein & Sal Perry, first encountered the Greylock Mill complex in the summer of 2014 and were drawn to the architecture and history of the mill.
In 1870, the successful industry of Greylock Mills resulted in substantial reinvestment to replace initial wooden structures with the granite and brick Main Mill building, along with an improved hydro-power system.
Through 1940, the mill complex expanded to include a four-story cotton spinning building, one-story Weave Sheds as well as Carding and Picker Rooms.
