Rothstein’s teaching and research at Columbia University’s Graduate School of Architecture, Planning and Preservation is focused on critical conceptual rigor, social justice, and spaces of remembrance.
Sal Perry, Co-Founder / Development Director
Sal Perry is a seasoned architect, builder, and entrepreneur with over 30 years in design and construction. Perry’s hands-on experience in all facets of development ensures the integrity and longevity of LATENT’s projects.
