2021 FESTIVE

APPLICATION INFO

HELLO ALL MAKERS, FARMERS, FOODIES, ARTISTS!

FESTIVE will be held Saturday, December 11th, 10am – 3pm  General Admission is FREE on this day.

So we all stay healthy for the holidays, masks will be required indoors.

ADDITIONALLY, in response to diverse comfort with indoor gatherings and to distribute the crowd, we are planning a ticketed, adults-only Friday evening event for folks who would prefer first dibs and fewer shoppers… and perhaps more mulled and sparkling cider. Doors will be open on Friday from 5pm-8pm.

Participating vendors, please plan to set up by 4:30pm on Friday and be at Greylock WORKS for both event days. Detailed vendor layout and logistics will be distributed closer to the date. If you can’t set up Friday but still would like to participate Saturday, please state that in your application.

A FEW MORE DETAILS:

  • Photos you submit via our vendor application are for gWorks to market your brand and highlight your products – please submit high res, well-lit images so we can help show off your goods and get folks excited about coming!  By submitting your application you give our team permission to utilize photos from your social media platforms to help publicize this event.
  • Unless you pay for tables with your booth, please plan to provide your own tables and table coverings. Neutral tones and coverage to the floor are preferred.
  • All booth areas will be open tables, no tents or canopies, and displays will be limited to 5′ high unless against a wall.  Signage not exceeding 4 SF may exceed the 5′ height.  The goal is to let folks see across the beautiful space.  Window booths may not block daylight.
  • We welcome booth sharing! If you would like to share a booth with another vendor, please let us know in the application
FOOD VENDORS:
Whether you’re sampling shelf-stable products or cooking ready to eat meals, all food vendors must obtain a permit with the North Adams’ Department of Health. You’ll need to submit the following at least 30 days in advance of the event, so Thursday 11/11 at the very latest. The sooner the better!
1. Serv-Safe Managers Certificate
2. One-day permit or annual license application OR a copy of your permit or license from your city or town Board of Health.

Any questions regarding this permit should be directed to Melissa Martin (mmartin@northadams-ma.gov). We anticipate a DOH inspector to be present the morning of our festival, so if you’re unsure if you need a permit, please email Melissa for guidance.

Please note that due to a high level of interest, ALL vendors must fill out an application.  If you have already provided images in a previous application, you can reference that in this year’s application – though we would love to see your most recent work!

If you have any questions, please email us at work@greylockworks.com
